I am a 28 year old mother of two returning to college for my bachelors degree in psychology with a minor in education.  I live in Nelson County, America, home of the bear and mountain lion and a couple of cows and chickens too.  I enjoy making art out of junk, painting, and gardening.  My partner and I have tons of fun with our kids, they love mud, and ice cream, legos, and magnets.  In the summer we swim in the Rockfish River and make dandelion wine.  My dream is to own a farm for my family.  I believe that, in today's times especially, it is vital to rekindle the knowledge of our grandparents.  We knit, make soap, tan hides, and eat plants that grow in our yard along with canning and drying our harvest from our garden and fruit trees.  Despite all this I am NOT a hippie.  Just a good ole country gal.
